Beaglelegal.comReviews of beaglelegal.com

BeagleLegal's website and service are great. We find everything we need for our project folders and usually have about 400 a year. If I can't locate something there is a live chat feature too. Plus their prices are great.

Great prices. Always on time. Very dependable!

No clear indication when the products I ordered would be shipped. This is the same experience as in previous orders.

I'm a first time buyer and my feedback is: excellent!! Folders and delivery were perfect. Thank you

Very helpful and fullfilled my order very fast.

So glad I found Beaglelegal! Perfect non-tear, water resist paper - very hard to find. Works great in my printer! Very helpful people ... will be back!

Great service. The quality is excellent.

Beaglelegal is easily accessible, with an easy to navigate portal. Their selection is much more vast than is needed for us, which is nice as we expand and make any changes to our current file folder processes. It is beyond simple to re-order the same products time and time again. You'll be done within minutes with each order. They offer extremely supportive Customer Service. They will keep you updated throughout the entire order and shipment process. They will reach out when they have any trouble sourcing, and do all they can to make up for the any delays. The only reason I take one star is from an experience as such, where there was trouble sourcing one of our orders; the customer service was top notch, but quality control is not necessarily done at time of packing the boxes (which has nothing to do with Customer Service). When we received the order (rushed to us to make up for the 2 week printing delay), the front cover print was not great quality (off center, some smudges and some cut offs). So this is more, once they have been provided from the source vendor, as Beaglelegal pack boxes, pull those that are not great quality prints, get yourself a discount and possibly offer that back to the ordering customer (if applicable and possible). Just a one star thought! But overall, great vendor for quality products, we all need (in the Legal field), where you will find great customer support throughout the entire order and receipt process.
