Quick and easy

During the initial engagement with Sterling technical issues slowed my progress to complete. I reached out to Sterling and was guided to resolve the issues. Tech was polite and professional. The interaction with Sterling was limited, but I didn't hesitate to reach out with questions. One grievance when I received the email to send this review, the email read as, "Hi Church" which is my last name. I understand technology self populates information made me laugh.

Customer service was exceptional from the representative that assisted me. The platform was easily accessible.

It is very easy to complete the verification using Sterling and it would be more helpful when we get all kind of notifications. People were so helpful and helped me to complete all the required process. I would definitely recommend using this.
