Worst employment check company I have ever seen. They ask for the same document multiple time in a day it is sent and also uploaded yet they still ask for the same documents. Companies would be better asking candidates to supply the information directly because from my experience I provided and checked the full back ground sterling were incompetent and could not simply pick up a phone as part of the verification checks they had to request the candidate to phone a previous employer to obtain payslips, employment contracts etc from a job 10 years ago!!! I actually thought it was a fake company sending phishing emails because of the volume and duplication in requests so had to call my prospective employer and ask if this was normal because it was so disorganised and unprofessional!!

Done my application on 8th Nov 2023, Been waiting since then and still now. Had a look on my application progress - says pending. But pending from August 2023! Old application which was never processed from months ago! And no sign of any report being done which I submitted this month!
