This is my first time using Sterling and I feel that they were very easy to use. I felt safe using Sterling. The one thing I would change is to have an inbox so people can send questions and concerns. Thank you so much for all your help.

I appreciate your services. It's great! However, I think you should include a space for misc. Info. I had to explain something on my background but it wasn't a conviction, but I didn't see a place to inform on it but conviction section.

Overall, I found Sterling thorough and helpful. There was a glitch on my application about past employment and the person at their customer service was extremely helpful. All worked out. The only downside to the e-application was the inability to complete it without email or phone information for former employers. Two of my former employers are out of business. I did put that in the comment section.
