I was slightly confused about what I submitted and the timeframe that it would be acted on. I called customer service and both Customer Service Reps sought to help me without any hesitation. My issue was addressed within 7 minutes. I call that excellent customer service.

This is a background check company that makes you do your own background check. They expect you to send you w2 and pay stubs for jobs you work as a freshman in high school. You can email them asking how to get it and you’ll get the same automated email asking for pay stubs. Terrible company that might delay the start date on my new job. Should be dropped.
