What made my experience with Sterling great was the responsiveness.

This company don't know what are doing ... the system them using on there Web site is so cheap can't focus to take photos and after complaining about the quality of the photos... I share my code , just need to show 1 I.d take more 2 weeks ...

Sterling is the company a perspective employer used to do background checks. When some things seemed to take unusually, I called. I found out people who were working from home in the Philippines with their families present had my DOB, SS#,and DL #. This clearly is not a secure way to handle people's info. They were taking so long because they were communicating via snail mail to get information. It should have been done my mid-November. Then, they said by the end of November. It is now December. They still do not have my info to my employer as I sit at home without a paycheck. But what's most disturbing is how they leave all your information in the hands of people working from home overseas. Unbelievable!!!
