I purchased 2 pairs. Pain in my feet did not improve like claimed. I requested a refund but instead they said the product must have been defective and are shipping me another pair and heel cushions. I have not noticed any difference from Dr. Scholls and this product. This company still asked me to write a 5 star review. I can not honestly do that.

True to size and no problems with delivery/customer service. I have about 12 pairs of insoles from various companies. Stepprs are initially good;quite comfortable. However they have little to no arch support and don't offer much at all for plantar fasciitis. Out of my 12 pairs of insoles, they would be near the bottom, possibly due to my weight as they are quite soft. However, other insoles have lasted and provide ongoing support. Good for comfort.

Instantly after i purchased my items. i messaged a few times to change the size and still recieved the Wrong size. i tried to change it so i had it for Christmas

When I orders the insolent said it would take 4-6 business days to receive them. I did not get them for weeks! When I reached out to them they could not give me a specific date on when they would be delivered and kept replying with “canned” answers. Not impressed with this communication and because if it I will not order again. The product is ok at best. It is not any better then other insole I have tried I’ve tried over the years.

I ordered stepprs and my feet still hurt horribly. They don’t work at all. Reached out to customer service they said that’s strange maybe I got a bad pair so they said they’d send out a new pair with a gift. Took them 3 weeks to acknowledge my emails asking if they sent them out. As of now I still haven’t received anything. I won’t tell people to get stepprs.

I placed my order for 2 pair insoles on November 15, 2025. Its now December 16. I've sent multiple emails and even received a notification that the order was delivered. It was not (and I order from other companies often and without issue or packages being taken). Email replies state, we're working on it. Be patient. I'm out of patience. I've requested a refund twice now. I'm still waiting. I hope you have better luck than I've had. It seems some people do.

It does not do what says, it’s really thin and did not help me with correcting my step as a promised, it’s only a comfortable cheap foam Insole. Nothing special really Not a very easy weight return you have to get in contact with them to return the product, it’s very annoying when you cannot create your own return. It’s not efficient.
