First of all I just want to say that I absolutely love my insoles, now that I finally have them. When I ordered my insoles, I was informed that it would be 3-5 days before getting them but it actually took 13 days, nearly 2 weeks! If I could have cancelled my order, I would have, that’s how annoyed I was with how long it took to get my order. I am glad I now that I have them but I don’t know if I’ll order from your company again because of how long it took to receive my order.

Although Stepprs Insole provide comfort in movement, they are synthetic and create an ungly odor after few times you use them. I will not buy again.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, when I checked the tracking info (provided by 17track) a few days ago, it was showing in LA, I thought ‘awesome! I’m in LA, I’ll have them soon!’ Checked today and it shows my insoles in OHIO?! No company should be using 17Track, a company with horrific reviews, they should be providing customers with USPS tracking numbers. I’ve contacted them and demanded a refund. Update - it appears their company is a scam, for those interested - Katsons Pro LLC is a limited liability company (LLC) based in Texas, United States. It appears in public trademark records as the legal holder of the STEPPRS™ trademark application for orthopedic insoles and related footcare products.

Steppers (or whatever the real company name in China is) hypes these inserts as if their designers know as much as Podiatrists. They don't have expertise remotely close to what true professionals have. They try to sell us on a half dozen ways it will resolve our walking or running issues and foot pain related to it and it's utter nonsense. I purchased them because they were less expensive than New Balance inserts, a fraction of what a doctor's orthotics run you, and conceivably they would be comfortable. They are. They do offer you some cushioning. Two thousand reviews gave them a 3.5 rating for comfort. A good product would get 4.8 reviews. They are in no way therapeutic and Steppers shouldn't be allowed to present them as such. Additionally, the delivery took weeks and weeks to get to my home and the SHOP transit software I was advised would reveal it's delivery status was nearly useless. I never truly knew what was happening with the delivery and all it's hold-ups, not even after it was in the United States! Nobody should have to tolerate what they put consumers through. I won't bother trying to get a refund from the clowns though. That could take until I'm late into my years as a senior citizen!

Reading the advertisement for these, I was really excited that these would actually work. Unfortunately, these aren't any different than any other inserts I've tried. Aside from the bumps, Dr.Scholl's and other various generic brands that I've used in the past, they're all about the same as far as comfort and how long it takes before my feet are feeling the same as before. (About 2-3 days.) Nice job getting me to buy these with your claims.

Tbh its a preference to have these some people they will be really good for but I'm a professional driver who does thousands of miles every week and so glad to get my trainers of and into my slippers these day's

The material is very good, but I don't like the hemispherical bumps randomly placed around them especially the one at the heel as this is where my heel pain is. They would be much better if the top surface was smooth with a bit more support at the arch.

The 2 is for the deceptive bargain offer at the end of my online order. Do not accept this offer unless you wish to spend more money. I thought I was getting a bargain, but once I found out, there was no way to cancel this order. WHAT A SHODDY WAY TO DUPE CUSTOMERS !!!
