Iv suffered from my painful heel for months then I seen these advertised and bought them. In truth, it took abouf 2weeks before I noticed any difference but gradually the pain is going. Thats why Im buyjng more so that I can put in my other shoes.

These are amazing insoles, I bought my first pair over a year ago and they are still in perfect condition (apart from a bit of wear on the fabric). I have just bought a second pair for use in other shoes and on comparison they are exactly the same, the original ones haven't compacted or lost shape at all. I have had all different types of insoles to try and help my feet/ankles and these are hands down the best!
