Never received my order and never heard back from the customer service about the update on my order. Still Waiting..it’s been more than a month now. Very disappointed.

I have not received this shipment as of Thur @ 5:00 pm so I can't review what I haven't got 😵💫....... update on June 29th... still don't have what I ordered....please just cancel my order - I don't have an order number as that email was deleted - I'll just continue to get injections once a month because my insurance covers this anyway 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My order never arrived for over a month, and when I reached out via email it took a week to get a response, and the response was my shipment got lost.

Absolutely terrible I still am yet to receive my order, not heard any further updates regarding my order for 5 days now , so yet again I will need to contact Stepprs again and ask them which takes 48 hours to get back to you. We be the first any last time I order anything from here.
