Wrong country delivery

The insoles were paper thin , and then when I wanted to return them you wouldn’t except you offered me a 40% off the price I paid , when it’s on your website says that the consumer has 60 days to return it , so that’s why I will never buy again from you .

Took too long to deliver and the product was average

I ordered them on June 1 and it is July 1 and I still haven't received them. I contacted customer service twice and was told they are on the way. I wanted these for a trip I was taking that required a lot of walking. I'm sure they would have helped, if I had them.

I ordered these for a big trip to Europe… unlike the date they promised they delivered them the day before I got back from my three weeks late.
