— Jhay
It's a scam, I'm afraid. Ordered online - fake tracking number (dead link) - as others have said, customer service just repeats and repeats that it's in transit, never arrives. EDIT - it's not a scam. Just mis-leading in delivery times (advertised as 2-4 business days, but actually 3 weeks). But the product seems excellent.

Recently purchased the insoles, changed my mind got in touch but the order was sent out, have been emailing the customer service since, keep being told to keep them but recieve a 40% refund to which I agreed, every time I query where the refund is I get the same “offer” email? So I’m presuming the email is handled by an AI customer service

I do like these insoles, however, the last two pairs purchased stink to high heaven - like a mouldy smell. They were well packaged, so I have no idea how that could happen - it has put me off buying more. Sadly, I've had to use them but regret doing so, I should have returned them immediately.

I bought the insoles. Felt great when I first got them, spring in my step, comfy, raised my arch, support and massage. Genuinely looked forward to wearing my shoes. All went after 3 weeks. Not sure if the foam not strong enough anymore but makes no difference to my feet now. Would like the "90 day money back guarantee" but can't find anywhere to contact to do so.

Didn’t receive my original order. Took about a week and a half of back and forth emails but finally got a replacement sent.

I took 2 stars away because They come from China. so they take a week or so to get here. Honestly they are nice and fit right in the shoe. You can tell they are high quality. The first time you wear them. My feet feel like they been on a cloud. My feet hurt I'm a chef I work long long hours and after 12hr day I go back to put them on because they make my feet feel so good
