Goods did not arrive / got an email from EVRI saying goods lost and told me to contact Steppr / so I emailed asking for a refund and Steppr told me to go back to EVRI for help... HOPELESS ...is this a SCAM ???

Had a order returned to steppers on the 21st of October, heard nothing back wrote a complaint to steppers on the 3rd of November and still no response, do not care for customer service do not recommend

Avoid this company they are crooks dishonest and I will NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND them . The customer service is poor they will not let you cancel even 10 mins after an order was placed their 90 day money back is a Scam . The product is inferior their adverts have two of them push together to show their sponginess . Do not be conned this is a terrible company . Refused to cancel order and despite sending cancellation as soon as order was placed there. Said it had already been shipped which was an an absolute Lie as I got the shipping notification from them over 3 hours later .. AVOID AVOID AVOID

These come from China so don’t expect them to arrive any time soon. Hoping I don’t have to return them for any reason. On previous experience with products from that country expensive to return and refund is like getting blood out of a stone. Had I known where they come from I would not have ordered them. If retailers want to sell things made in China they should import them to the UK then sell to UK customers.

I bought these thinking and watching all the people say how great the product was that I gotta give this a try. I wore them for three days, took them out and threw them in the garbage. They're horrible cause my left front foot to have horrible pain. These are not good if you have an arch. I basically wasted my money, which is very frustrating.

I've been keeping an eye on stepprs.com/products/massage and it ALWAYS says "16 pair remaining" no matter when I check - The number doesn't even change when you select a different size, so I guess you always have exactly 16 pair remaining of every pair? Even so, you can add 30 of any in your cart and it just checks out fine, are you gonna spawn those in existence? Why have this message when you can just spawn them? Oh wait, it's bait and scam. Also if you check any date on the wayback machine internet archive, you can see that there's always a sale. Always. There is no sale. They have inflated the price and just mask their full price as a sale. Even if the product might be decent, you overpay a lot for what it is and you'll donate money to scammers.

These have not helped my feet AT ALL. They're much thinner than advertised, which they are advertised with two on top of each other which makes them look a lot thicker than they actually are. Tried them for a few weeks and no change in the pain in my feet.
