Ordered these Nov 7. The money was taken out then as well. 2 weeks went by and when it arrived at the post office in my town, it said insufficient address. I contacted stepprs and got an auto reply that it was on it's way. Im still tracking it, today is Nov 29, and it says it was in PA on the way to next destination but running late. I have contacted them 3 times and said I wanted a refund, to no avail. Really not happy

I am totally frustrated with this company ordered 4 pairs and followed up twice with an email but no response. Contacted the customer service and sent me a tracking that is non-existent. They have a chat box wanted to cancel my order and have everything refunded but as per their policy they cannot cancel as it has already been processed. I may have to return them when delivered using my money to have it shipped back to them. Totally frustrating. This company only wants your money and customer service is worse.

Fixing my toes to prevent my big toe to move inwards does bring any confenience The soles I ordered only fit in my sporting shoes. For my regular shoes they are 2 cm too short !

Havent shippied my order and do not respond to emails. No way of requesting a efund so i have opened a dispute with AMEX. SCAM STAY AWAY!

I fear I may have been scammed. I ordered on the 18th November with a 4-6 working day delivery timeframe but tracking showed they’re are still in China. I asked for an update via email and they apologised for the delay but sent me a new tracking number. That is also showing it is still in China. I had considered buying via Amazon but opted to buy directly from the Stepprs website as they worked out about 50p cheaper per item (I bought 5 pairs) - more fool me! I’ll give them a few more days then talk to the bank about a chargeback. I have a suspicion that some of the positive reviews on here may be paid for reviews, as the Facebook page appears to have very few comments visible and those that are visible are not good (delays and requests for additional postage from the PO). Buyer Beware!!

No delivery, no explanation. Took my money and ran. They haven’t delivered my product within their stated 4-6 day timeframe and they haven’t responded to my enquiry. Don’t trust this brand. It’s a scam.

Cheap rubbish from China... They are just spending money on marketing to lure people in. The same stuff on Temu is ten times cheaper. Customer service doesn't exist there - I complain about quality but get no response. People, please do not buy this — it’s nothing special.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - do not buy from this company ,ordered on 31st of October still waiting for delivery. have emailed and left messages. company said it has been delivered. I have said it’s not and they are just ignoring me. They refuse to give me a refund and they refuse to send me my delivery. Do not touch this company. They will just take your money and steal it. SCAM - AVOID
