Worst shipping experience in human history. When I ordered, they told me it would be delivered in 5-7 business days. That was over a month ago. My product is supposedly somewhere in the USA now, but the tracking won't say where. Customer service is no help. Their response, "we apologize but we're very busy.".

Insoles eventually arrived. Tried them for a few days but they made no difference to my pain. I’ve asked via email 3 times for a refund and always got the generic “we’ll reply in 48 hours” still waiting for a reply over a week later Even though their website states a 90 day no quibble refund AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was told my items would be delivered within a week of day I purchased, but it got delivered in 3 weeks almost 4.

Communication and delivery were horrendous. Placed my order on 21/11/25 and received it on 02/12/25. Wrote to the customer services team requesting cancellation of my order and a refund, which was ignored. Won't be dealing with this company again. Insoles are thin and of poor quality. Bad experience from start to finish. Would recommend sourcing insoles elsewhere.

They are too thick, I had to take them out of my shoes after walking for 15 mins, made the back of my heels rubbing my shoes, big blisters. And the amount of junk mail I got everyday, and even SMS, never again, bad example of marketing.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago paid £18 for some shitty insoles and they still have not arrived, no tracking until now , only just gone through customs in CHINA . These are not uk based company that make you believe they are. I’ve been scammed!! Don’t bother buying !!
