I'd been dealing with severe heel pain for months. I tried the Steppers insoles with some skepticism, but I have to say I found relief from the very first few days. My only regret is that I cut the insoles to size before trying them in my shoes, so they "dance" a little bit. Apart from this, I'm completely satisfied.
