Cancelled my order before it was shipped. Great service. Great insoles. Just decided to try something else. But still use these for daily use.

I've tried a lot of inserts over the years and none of them were working so I was very hesitant to spend the money on these stepper's I purchased 2 pairs and I was great full that I did they are the best inserts that I have ever purchased over the years, I have neuropathy and and the stepper's really helped, I highly recommend you give them a try

I like the quick response to my email and the link provided to track my order. However, that does not answer my question: why is this taking so long?
