Scammers!! Do NOT purchase from this company. I ordered a 5 pack back in November and have not received my order. I’ve been emailing a few times and have received no reply! £40 down the drain. Terrible company, never again

Took over a month to recieve they went to the wrong address took another 2 weeks of emails (theres no phone number) took another month for 2nd pair they lasted 2 days and got flat. After almost 3 months im highly disappointed

I ordered on the 11th Nov 25 and never received. Customer service advised they were drlivered when they were not. They sent me a new order on 1st January 26, delivery partner called me to confirm address and i advised it was correct she stated driver could not find it . I advised my property is clearly marked. Advised i would receive it in 4 days max that was 2 weeks ago. Sent email twice now to customer service appears there is none as still no response or acknowledgement of my email. Disgusting experience!!

I work in healthcare and am on my feet for 10-12 hrs a day. I ordered my insoles on Dec 10 and it is now January 29 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I have reached out to the company MULTIPLE TIMES and they just keep assuring me that “you will receive them soon.” I requested a full refund and they REFUSE to comply with my request. a reputable company with excellent customer service would grant my request. I think this is absolutely LUDICROUS. DO NOT ORDER THESE!!!! Save your money and a HUGE HEADACHE!!! I promise it’s not worth it.

There was an issue with my order, and then support just stopped contacting me back about it. I got scammed.

I would rather this be a positive review, but you can't review something you never received. I have emailed over and over. And I've been told told that my order was delivered. I'm home 24/7 because I'm disabled and no delivery has come. I spent over $60 and all I want is my order or my money.

Ordered on Black Friday, they claim it was delivered. After weeks of a run around with their customer support team they finally confirmed it has been resent. Still haven’t got em.

I originally placed an order in Dec. never received the order. I sent an email to the company. They said they would make it right. Um no package still. My post office says the tracking numbers are fake. So Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STEPPRS!!!!!SCAM
