Absolute rubbish product and definitely not worth the money and not recommended to anyone. Disappointing

Items did not arrive. Customer service did not reply to my numerous emails requesting a refund. I did not get a refund. My credit card company are now involved in order to get my money back. Wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering.

MY order was never delivered but your shitty tracking service says it was two weeks ago! This is the worst company to get any information from, their customer service SUCKS! I'd rather have feet amputated before I'd order anything from this shit show again. No offer of refund, no help what so ever! Stepprs is a complete scam!

SCAMERS 1 month and no product received

Ordered my insoles and waited, and waited. No confirmation that the order had been posted to me in the UK. Time passed! Numerous emails were sent asking for confirmation that the order was on its way albeit very late! I have now had an email which apologises for the inconvenience and says another shipment is on the way! Not impressed with this company's communication. As yet I still have no timeline for the delivery,

I ordered from Steppers early to mid November 2025. Today is 2/2/26 and I still have not received my order nor a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This company is scam I request to return the items and to get refund, on the second day I placed the order after I discovered that you can purchase them from another website at 80-90% off, 8 weeks later and I still haven’t received my refund, 10 emails sent and I always receive email acknowledging my request, Once I received email offering 40% discount, which I declined, 7 emails after that and still no response Moe
