I ordered the wrong size originally. They were great in getting this corrected quickly. The insoles feel very comfortable but didn't really help with curing my plantar fasciitis pain overall.

Wear them with safety shoes feet much better.

Hi Steve, Great to hear your feet are feeling much better with Stepprs in your safety shoes — that’s exactly what we designed them for! Thanks for your support and for sharing your experience. The Stepprs Team
The insoles are great, but I hate the up-selling. I reordered another bunch when I realised they worked, and ended up buying a foot massager I didn't want because I didn't UNTICK the option. This kind of sneaky upselling is a disgrace and lets down an otherwise good product.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review, and we're really glad to hear you're happy with the insoles. It’s never our intention to make anyone feel tricked or pressured, and we’re actively reviewing how these offers are displayed to ensure everything is as clear and fair as possible. If there’s anything we can do to make this right — including helping with the unintended item — please don’t hesitate to reach out. The Stepprs Team
