Product is great but the shipping was slow.

After waiting for the second shipment to actually arrive at my home ( the first order was lost somewhere in shipping), I’ve tried them in several different shoes, and they seem to help is some shoes and not really make a long term difference in others? So I’m just not quite sure about them really helping me long term??

I like the insoles but they are too thick and makes my shoes feel really tight. I can only use them with shoes that fit me big :-(

They are soft and cushiony so heel feels better. Good use a higher arch.
