My Stepper insoles arrived within days of purchase. They feel amazing, the only downside is my feet felt hotter than usual, maybe because of the material used? Great support though.

Hi T Wick, Thanks so much for your kind review - we’re thrilled to hear your Stepprs arrived quickly and are giving you great support! We appreciate your note about heat - some users do notice increased warmth due to the high-density foam. We’re always working to improve, and your feedback helps a lot. Thanks again for choosing Stepprs! – The Stepprs Team

The product from the ads and the actual product was way different. It still helps supporting your heel.

I received 2 wrong sizes. I asked for 12s and I got 10s. It took 3 tries but they finally got it right.
