Well these steppers are just great it’s like bouncing when you walk they really do take the bang out of walking I’m on my feet 12 hours a day it’s hard going waited for these bought three pairs so I could put them in all my shoes so it consistent iv planter faltasi I know iv not saud that right but all will know what I mean since April these are helping it’s not gone yet but defo helping its all very soft and spongy so the move with your weight so not rigid in the shoe hence bouncy feeling would defo recommend for hard working feet Ruth Austin 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
