I was looking for replacement insoles for my favourite boots and Stepprs were recommended to me. They took a while to arrive which was expected and when they did so they were smaller than the originals. So as a goodwill gesture they have sent another pair the correct size and allowed me to keep the first pair which I have given to my son. They’re really comfortable and the service has been exceptional. Fully recommend

Very comfortable insoles. The company shipped the items promptly and was very responsive with the communication. Highly recommended.

First of all, great customer support from the Stepprs team! These cushiony soles really are great for your feet, however be warned they do run a little small. Hence the great customer service reference: They took care of me right away to make sure I got the right size. I'm a US 11 and ultimately, you want the 47-48 size. I didn't even have to trim them, they slid right in 2 different pairs of Asics (Running and Casual). Would recommend! It's like walking on clouds :)

Customer service is great!! I ordered a pair of size 9 insoles which unfortunately came up small. But after contacting Stepprs customer service they informed me that they would send a replacement set (a size 10) and that I could keep the other pair and gift them to someone whom they would fit. Top work from Evelyn and Stepprs!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
