Customer orders can go wrong with any brand, but it’s how they recover that creates a good experience. That’s exactly what Stepprs did. The wrong size was delivered. I told them about it and the following day they confirmed the correct size was on its way to me and that I could keep the other ones and give them to someone who they would fit.

I purchased the Insoles and Toepads. I wear the insoles daily and they feel like I'm walking on hotel pillows! I no longer have the foot pain I was suffering from daily! Unfortunately I didn't receive the toepads in the initial shipment, however, I sent an email and Evelyn was very helpful and kind enough to ship the missing item. I can't wait to use those as well. I will be purchasing more!

Hello. At first I wasn't happy at all. Not with the product. My order never made it to my house. It must have been delivered to the wrong address. Evelyn was nice enough to replace my order. I'm really glad she did. These insoles are super comfortable. I walk an average of five miles a day for work. I was always coming home with sore feet. Now I get home and my feet feel fine. I highly recommend this product.
