I ordered 4 pairs of insoles and accidentally ordered 1 the wrong size. Instead of having to go through the hassle of returning them and then waiting for the replacement to arrive, Stepprs let me keep it and suggested giving them to a friend or family member while also shipping me out the correct size.

Had concerns owing to the many poor reviews, not about the product themselves but about the delivery times. I took a chance and they arrived on the 8th business day, exactly as I was told. I had emailed to enquire as I was worried as I was going on holiday where I’d be walking a lot so definitely needed them before I left. They got back to me quickly and quelled any fears. They slid into my trainers perfectly and have been working amazingly well. The product itself is great and I had none of the experiences the other reviewers are mentioning.
