Took longer than first stated to receive. When they finally arrived, they aren't any better than other inserts I have gotten.

They’re okay.. not as spectacular as they were advertised.

So my planter fasciitis is too severe for the steppers to be enough support in my everyday shoes however I have found they work well in my slippers to wear around the house

The stepper has somewhat good support. However I deal with bad flat feet l have a time finding good support insoles. Plus being heavy don't help so your insole are soft they don't support my ankles and feet well enough.

The insoles are soft and help with the plantar fasciitis problem. But the arch support is also soft and doesn't provide enough support, at least for me.

Hi it was a fast delivery and product looks great but it didn’t make any difference to me foot problems
