Because there were no Australian sizes on the website i ended up with the wrong size unit. I did send through a complaint and they replaced the units with the correct size for free. We got here in the end. Wearing them for the first time today

Stepprs are pretty good for the price point they come in at. They wear out just as fast as the more expensive insoles. It takes a long time to get them after placing the order though.

Delivery was a little slow, but that apart, I'm pleased with the insoles. They're not quite the magic bullet I hoped they'd be, but they are good. I've given them a week and I do have significantly less foot pain. All in all, I would order these again

Solid product. Initially some of the bubble placements felt weird, but they've turned into nice massage points. Right now, they feel great, but i do have a small amount of concern over the arch support durability since it is still foam instead of a harder plastic piece. Looking forward to experiencing the durability!

Ordered 5 pairs insoles 9th November, got tracking updates until 10th November when package arrived at sorting centre Then nothing until I contacted PayPal on 19th Nov to initiate refund. I then received tracking updates and had them delivered today 21st Nov with a nice emailed apology from Stepprs. All’s well that ends well I guess!

Il prodotto è conforme alla descrizione, sia in termini di confort che, ad oggi, di resistenza: avevo il dubbio che le suolette avessero una durata limitata. Unico neo, usandole e rilavandole soprattutto la suola acquisisce un colore diverso, e ovviamente non è il caso di utilizzare detergentii aggressivi come candeggina etc. Il prodotto comunque è valido e lo consiglio.
