Hello Herman, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We completely understand your frustration, and we want to clarify the current status of your audiobook project. Your project is still actively in progress. We have already provided samples for your review, and our team is currently working on obtaining new narration samples so we can identify the appropriate Spanish voice and achieve the accent, tone, and overall production quality you are looking for. Because the audiobook requires the right Spanish narrator and accent, we do not want to simply assign a voice that does not meet your expectations. We are continuing to work through the narration options to ensure the final production is aligned with your requirements. There has also been ongoing communication regarding the project, and the fact that we are continuing to provide samples and work on the narration demonstrates that the project has not been abandoned or left inactive. For that reason, we believe a review stating that the company has not progressed with the project or has simply been wasting your time would not accurately reflect the current situation. The project is ongoing, our team is actively working on it, and communication with you is continuing. We absolutely understand that you want to see progress, and we share that objective. Our priority is to get the narration right rather than rush the production with a voice or accent that does not meet your expectations. We appreciate your patience while our team continues working on the appropriate Spanish narration option, and we will continue communicating with you as new samples become available. Best regards, Stellar Book Publishing Client Services Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and would like to clarify a few important points to ensure accuracy and transparency. Our company’s role is to assist authors with the publishing, formatting, and distribution setup of their books on third-party platforms such as Amazon. Once a book is live on Amazon, all printing, production quality, pricing, shipping, and delivery timelines are handled entirely by Amazon’s print-on-demand services, not by our team. Regarding the concerns raised: 1. Print quality (including light or faded printing) is controlled by Amazon’s printing facilities. We do not print, manufacture, or ship physical books. 2. Delivery timelines and availability on Amazon are also determined by Amazon and typically take up to 14 days for distribution, which is standard across their platform. 3. Any copies purchased directly from Amazon are fulfilled solely by Amazon, and issues with print quality or delivery should be reported to Amazon Customer Support for replacement or refund. We always provide authors with digital proofs and confirm setup completion before publishing. We also remain available to assist with escalation guidance if an author encounters issues with a third-party platform. We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our role. Transparency and author satisfaction remain important to us, and we are happy to assist further if you reach out directly. — Stellar Books Publishing
