I was very impressed with the customer service and patience that Pufferprint offered me as I navigated perfecting my first children’s book. I asked them a billion questions and sent back a ton of iterations of my images and they were always right there to promptly answer my questions and any adjustments I required. I feel very confident in the quality of my product- my board books look fantastic! I also loved their Kickstarter promo- such a great way to get out there. Thanks to Nick and everyone else for bringing this long held dream of mine to reality!
