Great company/excellent products

Anyone can sell you a product but it is the customer service after the sale that matters the most. The staff at Steambow are attentive, don't leave you hanging and are quick to respond to any inquiries. I would give them 10 our of 5 stars for great customer service if I could.

it was late ither than that everything was alright

Great product. Easy to assemble with the youtube video

I was excited about getting my M10. I thought it would be a smooth install as my previous model but it wasn't. I had to did on youtube to find the install video. A piece by the magazine also came out and I was unsure on where to put it back. I finally did but I am still not sure. Perhaps Steambow could provide a high level exploded diagram for the movable pieces and pieces we have to put together. Thanks

The customer service was top notch. Exceptional on the delivery time and the Steambow product is amazing. Super fun and great quality all the way around.
