I placed an order with them for one holster and received two holsters. When I emailed them back about the problem, they offered to exchange one holster for whatever I wanted at the same price or give me a refund. I went with the exchange. I was very happy with the holsters I ended up with. They are excellent quality and the craftsmanship is beyond reproach. And in closing I would highly recommend this company to anybody that would like courteous professional service with an outstanding product.

do not trust this company. i ordered their holster--they overcharged me and sent me the wrong product. i immediately cancelled the order--they shipped it anyway....oh, and that "100 % satisfaction guarantee"?...not so much--if you do not find their product satisfactory, they will charge you to ship it back to them! The product itself is very large--they add in a 'pencil' pocket which just makes it larger...and their customer service is terrible! I had to attest the case through PayPal just to get them to engage with me!

I made an order, which I received, but it was not to my satisfaction. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. After making sure they understood the issue, the team resolved it right away. To my complete satisfaction. I have not experienced great customer service like this, in a while!

If I could give them a zero I would this company is horrible at checkout. It showed one price, which I took a screenshot of and then I got charged. Another price when I tried to dispute it, they told me multiple times they didn't have my order.They didn't have my order.And finally, they found a shipping number.And refused to return it.Because they said it had been shipped out here.It is nine days later.Tracking shows the item hasn't been picked up yet, but yet they still refuse to refund my order.This company is a scam

I messed up placing orders and they took care of it for me. And when I got my order it didn't really work for me and they offered an exchange at no extra charge couldn't be happier with the help I received highly recommend

I am new to the Concealed Carry club, I have tried 3 holster options. The Fujobi Pancake Holster was reasonably priced and shipped quickly. I am carrying more weight up front then I should be so I mounted the holster at 4:00, I find it to be very comfortable.
