I have tried calling several times and can't get thru

⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. THOREAUER — the company where apparently “delivery” is an exciting theoretical concept. I placed my order on 21 July 2026. It is now 11 September. That’s well over seven weeks and, amazingly, my order is still nowhere to be seen. At this point I’m beginning to wonder whether my package has been sent by carrier pigeon, horse and cart, or perhaps on an archaeological expedition. The tracking information is utterly useless. Customer service has been equally impressive — if your definition of impressive is providing vague excuses while doing absolutely nothing to actually resolve the problem. I have chased this order repeatedly. Seven-plus weeks later, I have no product, no proper explanation and no satisfactory resolution. The really remarkable thing is that THOREAUER has apparently managed to turn a simple online purchase into a long-running investigation. I ordered a product. I did not order a seven-week subscription to frustration. If you are considering buying from THOREAUER, my advice is simple: Don’t. Unless, of course, you enjoy paying for things you don't receive, tracking parcels that apparently exist only in another dimension, and spending your time chasing a company for answers they should have provided without being asked. Absolutely appalling service. I want my money back.

The advertising is deceptive. For example, a cultured-pearl necklace was advertised as FREE (their caps), with only shipping and postage. The shipping and postage are too high. But you get a coupon that covers the S&P. Good, but then when the actual billing comes, there's a twelve dollar insurance charge. I just checked: This is not listed on the ad. Also, I was asked if I wanted to be a platinum member. I had to ask what it cost. The pitch did not indicate that there was any cost, but it turns out it is over a hundred dollars a year (expressed in the way we normally say one dollar and , i.e., with-out the word hundred). The products I've gotten have been of mixed quality: fair to very nice.

Are you kidding me with this? I called, waited 30 minutes to get a status on my order (bday gift for my wife). Finally some guy in Nairobi answers and tells me their system is down and to call back tomorrow. Save your money, I have little confidence that I will be receiving what I ordered. They're rating is 1.9, beware!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with Stauer. I would have saved myself a lot of time and frustration. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. When contacting customer service, I had to wait approximately 10 minutes before being connected with an agent. Unfortunately, the customer service experience did not improve once I reached someone. The phone etiquette and professionalism were seriously lacking. I ultimately decided to cancel my order and my membership. If I could give Stauer zero stars, I would. Customers, beware. I strongly recommend reading the reviews and doing your research before ordering.

This company is the worst. I waited almost three months to receive my purchase and have yet to get it, If they don’t step up and get it to me by the end of this week I am making a video on YouTube exposing how bad their company is to warn customers.

Stauer looked awesome. I got all fkn happy. Ordered a watch! Scored free shipping even. Weeks go by I still dont have my watch because Stauer uses Mail Innovations by UPS. Stauer emoloyee told me to "put pressure on UPS and USPS" so I can get my watch. Its Stauers job to get the watch to the clients. Not mine. Shipping is an easy fix. Charge another 10$ but get the watch to the client instead of having us get mad and leave bad reviews.

The reason I rated 1 star is because there was no zero stars rateing icon. Poor quality, cheap, aggressive marketing, premier membership is worthless, return refund far less than what I paid for the jewelry....cannot trust what I was told by sales rep.
