This was my second call to State Food Safety, after reaching out for some much needed, and time-sensitive, assistance with an exam session technical problem I've been stuck in for over 24-hours. The first call with "Kevin" was not very pleasant. But when I called back the second time, I received great service from "Liz". I was honestly in a very stressful situation that required attention. I felt so hopeless after the first call, but Liz really made my day, and my issue was resolved. I am so thankful for the courtesy and kindness Liz extended to me. Thank you.

Alejandra helped me out a ton! I had had some difficulties in the past getting ahold of people but when Alejandra picked up the phone she assured me that she would get to the bottom of the problem. Thank you Alejandra!!!

The lady stayed with me on the phone to make sure that I got my test schedule and told me exactly which buttons to push to help me do so.

I went in for help in live chat and was helped by AIKO. Excellent customer service. It was soo quick that I managed to get my certifications resent to my personal email within seconds! I had lost access to my old work email and they were able to find me right away. I was able to get my hands on these certifications that i needed for my new job!
