Star Van LinesReviews of starvanlinesmovers.com

They showed up late on pickup and were over a week and a half late on delivery. On pickup the price went up $1000. Save yourself the hassle and go with a real moving company

Had a great experience to have someone pack up and move the whole estate from Florida to NY. The movers did a great job and moved quickly. Definitely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. A bit of a language barrier with the movers, but my contact person Nick was excellant. Always flollowed through with any concerns at any hour i called both day and night. I wouldn't be back to upstate ny for a week. They have me 30 free storage. Obtained a storage unit close to my house and contacts star van lines and they moved my belongings to the unit the same week i called. Thank you Nick for all your help and the great communication you provided.

Fast response, was in a bind, hired that night they where there the next day, hard workers, let you know how many days out they where and gave notice that they where coming, polite courtesy and respectful with belongings. I would absolutely hire them again

Overall great experience with these guys, very professional and the boss was extremely helpful during our move. Every issue was resolved from loading to unloading in our new home! 10/10 recommend them for moving to friends and family when they talk about moving! You won't be disappointed!

"I had an outstanding experience with Star Van Lines and couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the very beginning, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Scheduling my move was seamless, and they provided clear communication throughout the entire process. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently, handling all of my belongings with great care. They took extra precautions to protect furniture and fragile items, ensuring everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. What impressed me most was how organized and hard-working the team was. They moved quickly without sacrificing the quality of their work. Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond by helping me with a few extra tasks that weren't part of the original plan. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees. I highly recommend Star Van Lines for anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free moving experience. They truly made a typically stressful day much easier, and I will definitely use their services again in the future!"
