They have been a good supplier, just wish they were closer to me

I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.

I like Startechtel. They have quality parts and ship quickly. My only gripe is every time I order something, which is fairly frequently, I get hounded to review them. They are like an insecure girl friend. Really. I do like you. Stop.

I found this company on the internet and purchased a phone and it was 40% less than two or three other companies I ordered it it came as promised the phone was an excellent condition and I'm going to order 5 more
