I placed an order then you canceled my order without any explanation. You take my money instantly. But you want to.make.me wait 5 to 10 business days to refund my money. You suck. Dont ever order from these ppl

SCAM!!! The website initially declined two of my Capital One cards! (Should’ve known.) Called the company spoke with a Sarah and gave her all my information again, after running the card again, she then tells me they are having issues with Capital One(they are blocked from Capital One FYI) and the delivery address. Told me flowers would be delivered within two hours! 10 minutes later I received a cancellation notice stating a refund would be sent! Called the company back only to be told the delivery address is outside of their zone! Sarah definitely should’ve known that, but proceeded with the order! The representative told me it’s nothing they can do and to wait for my refund! I will be reporting this to every outlet and BBB!

This is a scam!!!!! Don't use this company. They take your money and don't deliver flowers. I'm not sure why the FBI hasn't stopped this. It's a straight up scam.

Don't trust the website. It's a fraudulent website and they will take your money and then cancel your order. You'll email them to get your money back and the keep saying there working on it and you never receive it back.
