Ad stated flowers could be delivered anywhere in Westminster and same day delivery was available. Ordered funeral arrangement for next day. Never received conformation. Called back that next morning and was told, delivery address was out of range. I was never contacted to let me know ordered had been canceled. Do not do business with this company. Very unprofesaional!

Horrible experience,

Terrible terrible terrible. Hours after submitting and paying for a bouquet delivery I get an email from Roberta Kiley customer service manager informing me the order is cancelled. She indicates the florist is 'unable' to deliver the flowers and they do not know why. The worst part is they add that a refund will take 7-14 days. That is unacceptable. If they can take my $ immediately they can refund it just as fast. They claim it has to do with my bank rules. I wish I had checked reviews of this company. I don't believe they will refund me anything.
