Dear Selyna, We would like to address your review regarding the cancellation of your Just Tickled Bouquet. This order had to be canceled because the requested location fell entirely outside the available delivery zone covered by our local flower shop partners. Our standard rule when an address is outside our delivery range is to issue an immediate cancellation and release the payment back to your account. To verify that this transaction is completely cleared and to avoid any system interferences, we have manually pushed your refund through our system once again. The funds will reappear in your balance in accordance with standard banking processing windows. Best regards,

Dear Schlee, Thank you for your review. We would like to clear up what happened with your Whisper Soft Bouquet order. This purchase was canceled because the delivery destination exceeded the active service range of our local florist. Because the order could not be fulfilled, the transaction was voided immediately, ensuring no funds were permanently captured by our system. To verify that this cancellation has cleared seamlessly with your bank, we have manually re-pushed the void status through our billing system today. Any temporary hold on your account will drop automatically according to your card issuer's standard release schedule. Best regards,
