All American Hearing handles my hearing aid process. They do a great job. Once the hearing aids were properly paired with the My Starky App, they are working great.

I guess for me they don’t fit properly. I’ve tried changing out fixtures for different sizes for the ear. Plus they are not what I expected

Hi Kevin - Thanks for leaving a review. There are many different sized domes and even custom ear molds that can be made to help your hearing aids stay in place. If you haven't already, we recommend connecting with your hearing care provider to make sure that you're getting everything adjusted and fitted to your needs.
My first month of using this hearing aids So far only issue of narrow Rt ear canal causing misfit n slips out. Also causing irritation on medial side. Hoping egg shaped rubber cover for better fit

Thanks for sharing, Farida. If the new domes don't solve your problem with the hearing aid staying in place, please connect with your hearing care professional. They will be able to suggest additional options for you. Some patients prefer custom molds for this type of issue.
