The worse thing was getting an appointment. The telephone was going in circles, because they didn’t have a receptionist to answer the phone.

I am thankful to be able to hear more clearly conversations. I like being able to fine tune my hearing aids for meetings and restaurants. I have used edge program as well.

Great consultation, fitting and followups. Product is working extremely well and I feel confidence in the whole process.

The hearing aids are awesome!!! Really like the features and are easy to work. The charger sucks!!! Would think for the price paid the charger would be as good as the hearing aids. Sometimes the charge and sometimes they don't. Have worked with the vendor on different stations, but nothing seemed to work.

It was Scoot that made it so much better I first got a new pair of hearing aids in June and they were not good at all I was in ever other week he worked so hard but the AI wasn’t doing enough then I got the newer one and they where so much better between the receptionist and scoot working so hard to please me I would have gone somewhere else

The product didn't do the job is was supposed to do. I have a unique situation & shared with everyone. The owner is trying to work with me to make something work.

The new hearing aids are fine; however, my android phone is a problem. I appreciate that when I receive a call on my cellphone I can hear the caller through my hearing aids but this was also lowering my ability to hear around me. I called Starkey and was advised how to make an adjustment. Now I can hear the caller very loudly but it increases all volume around me. I called again and was advised that Starkey no longer supports my android phone so now I am stuck with this extra noise.
