Still getting used to these new hearing aids. I still feel like I am in a echo chamber, My hope is that it will get better over time. The learning curve is longer than I had hoped.

Much better all around but still getting used to dealing with the situation as they arise!! Still a lot if adjusting on my part!

Scott was very knowledgeable, personally helpful about how this works, what makes it better, etc. very helpful on all the do's and don'ts of the technology, what is best practice, etc.

These Starkey Premium Edge AI 24 RIC RT hearing aids are great for all the things people rave about, especially the AI aspects, but what they forget to say is that the sound quality for music is absolutely rubbish. It is tinny and totally without base. If you like music, look for hearing help elsewhere.

Getting my hearing aids was well worth it after years of being told that I needed them! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoy my new hearing aids. The one problem I have had is the right hearing aid doesn’t charge right sometimes and goes dead during the day. Not sure what the problem is.

Dana Reevy was great. Hearing aid is good but not great. At least not yet. Back ground noise an issue.
