I hear more clearly from by first pair. A setup

My previous hearing aids were at least fifteen years old. I thought that new technology would have more of an impact on my hearing then these did. Perhaps less expensive options would have worked just as well. BUT these were the only ones that my insurance helped pay for.

I basically like the hearing aides, but I don’t like that they don’t work on my phone and iPad simultaneously. I also don’t like that sometimes one goes out and I have to stop what I’m watching to reconnect it. Also, it’s hard to push the buttons on them. They keep slipping out of my fingers.

Soundpoint Audio here in Tucson is a good company to work with. The technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. The product is very good and the whole experience was excellent.
