Starkey Hearing AidsReviews of starkey.com

I am a longtime fan of Starkey! The technology is always top of class & the Starkey team is very easy to work with. We are having great success with the Livio family of hearing aids!

There may be many companies that have really good hearing aids, but Starkey is the benchmark of which the others aspire too. Incredible technology, and industry best customer care is why I will always trust them with my hearing Healthcare needs. Their commitment to helping all in need regardless of their ability to afford hearing is yet another reason why I believe they are the best.

The reason I would give Starkey 5 stars is it's people! They are stellar!

Best sounding hearing aid on the market.

Well, 5 stars in my opinion means perfect. And the Livio line is not perfect by any means. Is it a great hearing aid, sure it is. However, there are several things that still need be perfected. Some hearing aids have had buzzing then chiming back on, but goes away after disabling the fall feature. The fall feature is one of the selling points we make to our patients and when we have to disable a feature it really doesn't look good. The step counter needs to be more accurate. I have been told many times that it just takes awhile for the hearing aids to download the information, however many other accessories to iPhone don't take near as long. With all the negative out of the way, these hearing aids are able to pick up conversation in noise environments much better than the previous models. If you think for just a minute the number one compliant in the line of profession is...."I can't understand conversations in a crowd". These little bugs will get worked out over time, however anytime we start adding different pieces to work with one another the probability of error goes up. Thanks Starkey for all your hard work that has gotten us this far.

Customer service is awesome. They go above and beyond to take care of the any issues.

My second pair. Love the new technology.

Love them!!!!!!" I'm 59 yrs old and these were my first hearing aides. It was so funny the day I came home wearing them... I was in tje kitchen and I heard this weird loud noise that I hadn't heard before. I realized it was my microwave. There were alot of sounds that I was hearing for the first time. I also realized that I had formed a bad habit saying "huh" to people because I couldn't hear them. I could hear everything now but I had to brwak that habit!
