Liam, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though we know it wasn't the one you deserved. You're right to be frustrated, and we're not going to make excuses. We cancelled one item on your order in April due to an shorted situation and processed a refund at that time, but we recognize that doesn't make up for the weeks of uncertainty you experienced waiting for the rest of your order. Telling a customer their plants are shipping "any day now" repeatedly, without delivering on that promise, is not acceptable and we own that. Your remaining items shipped today, May 12th. We've also added a store credit to your account for the trouble this season caused you. We've reached out directly with more details. We've been serving customers for over 200 years and we take reviews like this seriously. We hope the plants arrive healthy, get in the ground on time, and give you years of great harvests. Hi, I’m really sorry for the frustration and that no one has returned your call yet — I completely understand how upsetting that is, especially when you’re waiting on your trees and bushes. I’ve checked on your orders, and both have been shipped (on 4/9 and 4/13). That said, you absolutely should have been able to reach someone, and we apologize for that experience. I do see that you’ve been in contact with our team regarding your warranty claim, and we’ve worked to provide replacements where available. As part of our warranty policy, we offer a one-time replacement, or if the item is no longer available, we’re happy to provide a refund or store credit. It also looks like a replacement order was created for you, and a payment link for the $9.99 shipping fee was sent at that time. Since the payment wasn’t completed within the 48-hour window, the order was automatically canceled. We are still waiting to hear back from you on some of our previous messages so we can continue assisting you.
