The package arrived in awful condition. The shipping process must be more brutal than the sender expected. As a result of being handled roughly, the product was heavily crinkled and bent.

I ordered this when I was told it was in stock and would ship that day. After a week of waiting for it to show up I call them only to find out it was in stock at the vendors location and hadn’t shipped yet. I should have known better when they put me on hold for 5 minutes to check stock. Terrible customer service!
