Seriously selling my information or sending to all these companies to start spam calling me? I wanted to browse what was out there, not get inundated by salespeople.

SquareFoot, and our agent Elliot, helped us find an incredible office space. Elliot was personable, professional, responsive and extremely patient... all traits that I have not necessarily equated with real estate brokers in my past 20+ years in Manhattan! Our experience was great - and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. SF did have a few kinks in their website / search tools that could use improvement, but I appreciated the large online inventory, photos and detailed information that they provide. Overall, I would highly recommend SquareFoot!

Their team was knowledgable about the market, had great inventory to look at, and when it came to crunch time they drove a hard bargain with the landlord. I also liked that so much of the inventory is online, it really saved a lot of the upfront work. The bottom line is I have used a few different commercial brokers in NYC. The SquareFoot was the only one I have used that I felt like was really on my side and wasn't trying to pressure me into closing just so they could collect a commission.

our agent was well versed, knowledgeable, friendly, realistic, appropriately aggressive and trustworthy. it was very unlike other experiences I've had with "typical" brokers who can easily rub you the wrong way or make you feel badly about budget constraints etc. instead our agent was the type of person you'd like to keep in touch with and even grab a drink because she was approachable.

Our realtor Emilie was great! It was always a pleasure meeting her for viewings, and even though the process for us took over a few months, she was patient and made no gripes about showing us the same locations a few times. We will definitely come back to SquareFoot when we move office spaces again.
