SpreetailReviews of spreetail.com

Iv tryed to contact you for over a week for a next day delivery item This is was sold via b&Q do not order from this seller or B&Q when there using people like this

Absolute fraud. I bought an item on Walmart Marketplace and they shipped me the completely wrong item. Then I had to do all the leg work of returning it, filing a complaint with Walmart, etc. Nothing to show for it and still trying to get my money back. NEVER order something from this company and never use Walmart online, they do not back up their purchases for fraudulent companies like this one.

They should be investigated. Selling faulty merchandise on Amazon and then charging a 50% restocking fee after items get returned. Scam.

I had to give at least one star to even write in the box. I think that this company has l lot of issues and should not operate. Lack of customer service poor communication skills and zero empathy. Base on conversations I have recorded with them I will take action unless someone with authority responds to this review.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM FOR POOL COST 80$ THEY WANT TO CHARGE 50$ RESTOCKING FEE, FOR POOL I DIDNT EVEN OPEN

I called this with my order number and receipt of the pool 1 purchased .It's missing a main t bracket. I'm locked out of the tiktok account account I purchased it with after switching phones so now they refuse to send missing part even with receipt name and address and email confirmation. Dont trust them

Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs! I ordered item through B & Q so thought it would be safe! Feel really let down by B &Q, can’t believe they’re associated with this horrid company!!

I would not recommend buying from this seller. I purchased an item for a lake trip we ended up not taking, so the package was never opened, used, or even removed from the shipping packaging. It sat untouched by my front door for about two weeks, and I returned it exactly as it was delivered, within the return window provided. Despite that, the seller charged me a $50 restocking fee and claimed the item was returned in a different condition, which is not true. When I contacted Amazon, they confirmed the return was completed within policy and that the restocking fee should not have been applied. This turned into a huge waste of time and energy over an invalid fee for an item I never opened or used and returned on time. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from them.
