Reviewed and was quick to pay on reimbursement of claim unlike other pet insurances I have used in the past.

Website made it easy to file a claim and the payment was very prompt. The only draw back was I couldn’t find a side by side explanation of what was reimbursed and what wasn’t like you see with a BCBS claim.

I spent awhile looking at different sources of coverage for our puppy. Friends with other sources of pet insurance reported negative experiences, so I was wary. Second, pretty soon after registering, I received a phone call from Spot Pet Insurance welcoming Rusty to the Spot family! It was such a nice touch, and I appreciated the personnel on the line asking if I had any questions or was confused on how to file a claim. Which brings me to how EASY it was to file my first claim for a simple wellness exam and vaccine appointment. I submitted the claim March 18th and was notified it had been processed and completed March 21st. So easy, and very user friendly! Everyone I’ve dealt with has been so helpful, kind, and efficient. I really appreciate the coverage and care for our boy, Rusty. Spot Pet Insurance was the best possible choice I could have made!

Claim submission process is easy and straightforward, and reimbursement is quick. The last thing you want to worry about when your pet is sick is dealing with paperwork and complicated processes. Highly recommend. Thank you Spot ❤️

I just submitted a claim, one each for both of my Yorkies, and it only took just a couple of days for Spot Insurance to deposit the money into my bank account. It cover the expenses as it is disclosed in the Spot document. I am giving five starts because I am very pleased with the process of submitting the claim and the time to get the refund. If at a later date I have something I am not satisfied with I will provide my review as I should.
