For weeks I researched through all the different insurances for animals and found Spot to be the very best overall, pricing, coverage even reimbursement time. I wanted an Ins I knew I could rely on an I’m happy to say Spot really came through!! There was an unfortunate situation with my 6month old pup, she had ingested something toxic, rushed her to the E.R animal hospital, Drs ran several tests gave different treatments an kept her overnight. Luckily my pup was ok and cleared to come home, which was the most important thing in the end but the bill was expensive. ($1,416) I opened the App, uploaded the invoice an in 3 days I had $1,050 returned to my account (90%) this also included my deductible ($250) so now for the rest of this year I won’t have to pay that again and would be reimbursed even more if god forbid something else happens. Everything was very easy and fast! Spot really was the Right choice! Thank you Spot for all the help!!

Spot was middle-of-the-pack in terms of the monthly rate, but it included diagnostic tests, which was important to me -- I don't want just the solution covered bc finding out what the problem is can be a big chunk of the cost! This is my first year, I'm about 6 months in, and the year has already paid for itself in coverage. Reimbursements are easy -- vet emails me a bill, I upload it to the Spot website, and a week or so later a check arrives in the mail for 80% of the bill.

Absolutely love this company. Very fast at processing and very friendly staff. 5 stars for sure. I will be adding my moms and daughters dog to our plan. ❤️
